Sticking with it

      I'm very bad when it comes to sticking with things. There are so many times where I cleaned this house top to bottom, finished all the laundry and vowed to keep it spotless. Within a week, it's a disaster again.
       This is the longest I've kept up with working out, I'm proud of myself. And I think having my best friend doing this with me, even though she's in a different state somehow helps. It also helps that I know I'm doing this not only for me but Zachary as well. I've tried many different exercise videos. I've tried Insanity, which I could never even finish the whole video, seeing as I love cardio (and hate it at the same time!) I plan on going back once I'm more fit and trying again. I will some day finish it, the entire program. I've recently tried P90X, the problem with that is my husband wants to do it with me and we can never find a convenient time for us to work out together and Zachary not be climbing all over us. Working out with a 1 year old in the house is HARD.
        I have made 2 attempts now to start and finish Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Both times I failed. The 2nd time I did however make it into the second level. Today, I'm starting it for the 3rd time and I am more determined then ever to finish the program. I love the program, it's tough but it works. I will be posting my results in the end.
     

And we're teaching my 13 month old to play baseball ;)
